🧭 The Universal Work & Business Manifesto

By Shahria Jaman Khan, Founder of Mindquest Studio

1. We believe the way people and businesses connect is broken.

Work today is fragmented.
Tools are siloed.
People are reduced to resumes.
Businesses operate in isolation.
And yet, everything is connected — through supply chains, transactions, relationships, and trust.

We believe the tools that run the world’s work are 20 years behind the way the world actually works.

2. We believe in a universal platform — for business and people.

Why do businesses need 20 tools to do 1 job?
Why can’t people take their skills, reputation, and contributions with them?
Why can’t procurement, recruitment, delivery, accounting, and people operations speak the same language?

We imagine a platform that integrates:

All in one universal interface — modular, open, intelligent, and human.

3. We believe work should be portable, transparent, and composable.

Your professional identity should belong to you.
It should reflect your real contributions — not just job titles.
It should follow you across borders, industries, and time.

Businesses should be able to plug into one another — sharing vendors, people, workflows, and knowledge.

This is how networks grow. This is how trust scales. This is how work becomes borderless.

4. We believe technology should simplify, not complicate.

Most ERP systems feel like punishment.
They’re built for admins, not for humans.
We’re flipping that.

The experience should feel like using Notion, Figma, or Linear — smooth, fast, joyful.

Every form, every interaction, every workflow will be reimagined from first principles.

5. We believe in economic inclusion through infrastructure.

The next billion workers deserve better tools.
Small businesses deserve the same power as large ones.
A kid building a startup in Dhaka should have the same infrastructure as a founder in Berlin.

We’re not just building software — we’re building digital infrastructure for global opportunity.

6. We believe trust is the new capital.

The future of work will be built on reputation, not resumes.
On collaboration, not contracts.
On proof of contribution, not job titles.

We’ll make trust visible, verifiable, and valuable.

7. We believe in building slow, right, and deep.

We’re not chasing hype cycles.
We’re not raising $200M to burn on ads.
We’re building something meant to last — and meant to serve.

The right way, not the easy way.

8. We are builders. But we’re not building alone.

This is not just a company.
It’s a protocol.
A platform.
A movement.

If you’re a builder, a believer, a rebel, or a doer — join us.
